(Mức lương: Đến 27 triệu VNĐ)We’re looking for a Mobile Product Marketing Specialist with at least 6 months of hands-on experience in performance marketing for mobile apps or games. Ideal candidates are passionate about user growth, have a strong data mindset, and are excited to work on products with long user lifetimes (180–365 days) and monetization through in-app purchases (IAP) and subscriptions. You’ll collaborate closely with product, creative, and analytics teams to drive sustainable user acquisition, optimize ROAS, and maximize LTV.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize UA campaigns across multiple Ad channels (Google Ads, Meta, ASA, AppLovin, Mintegral, etc.) to improve ROAS and hit growth targets.
- Performance & Insights: Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities, test hypotheses, and deliver insights that boost marketing and product performance.
- ASO: A/B test app store metadata and align ASO efforts with paid UA to drive higher conversion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with creative, product, and AI teams to ensure smooth execution and share user insights to support growth.
- Market Awareness: Keep up with platform changes, tools, and industry trends to stay competitive.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, Finance, Data Analysis, Economics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with key tools such as MMPs (e.g. Appsflyer, Adjust), Analytics Platforms (e.g. Firebase, RevenueCat, Qonversion), and Market Research Tools (e.g. AppTweak, AppMagic, Sensor Tower).
- Passionate about the mobile app ecosystem, sustainable user growth, and data-driven decision making. Experience or interest in using AI-powered tools is a strong plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with a strong drive to learn and grow.
