As a Product Marketing Specialist at a Zalo Game, you are responsible for the performance and success of Marketing campaigns across various platforms by leveraging user insights accurately
What you will do
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Zalo, Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools and internal tracking systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Platform) and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously refine strategies.
- Monitoring and analyzing user behavior, measuring LTV, CAC, Retention, ARPU, ECPI, ECPM, offering data-driven growth strategy.
- Periodic reports for management and relevant departments.
- Manage operational and effective marketing teams.
What you will need
- At least 2 years of real experience in UA, Performance Marketing, priority in the Game industry (H5, Miniapp, Mobile App)
- Understand the main indicators: ROAS, LTV, CPI, CTR, CR, ECPM, ARPU, ...
- Proficient at least 2 large advertising channels: Facebook Ads, Google UAC, TikTok, or DSPS.
- Experienced in using tracking tools is a great advantage
- Passion for and understanding of the Zalo Platform is a strong plus.

- Strong data thinking, read and analyze data to optimize Performance.
- Marketing + Innovative thinking: Know how to hit the psychology of the player and know how to "tell stories" through each ad.
