• Design and manage the product roadmap and backlog
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify user pain points and define feature requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, UI/UX, Marketing, CS, QA) to deliver high-quality product features
• Propose and review UI/UX solutions to improve user experience
• Prepare clear and structured Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
• Define success metrics and analyze product data to optimize performance
• Document product features and support internal teams with product-related issues

• Having experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst is preferred
• Experience or knowledge in eCommerce or Shopify is a strong advantage
• Technical mindset and willingness to learn new technologies quickly
• Strong logical thinking, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of product development processes
• Self-motivated with a strong ability to learn independently
• Detail-oriented and patient in handling complex tasks
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills — clear, concise, and collaborative
• Proficient in English: Written and verbal skill
