Production Planner (Nhân Viên Kế Hoạch Sản Xuất)

Mô tả công việc:

• Receive purchase orders (PO) from customers and verify details including pricing, part numbers, drawings, and marking requirements.
• Create sales orders (SO) and corresponding work orders for each purchase order.
• Develop and maintain daily/weekly production schedules, ensuring timely execution.
• Estimate delivery dates and provide customers with accurate order status updates.
• Adjust and reschedule production plans as needed to accommodate customer requests.
• Coordinate closely with Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, QC, and Production teams to ensure timely material availability and on-time shipment of finished goods.
• Track production progress and monitor the status of open work orders.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on open sales orders and production performance.

Authorities & Responsibilities:

• Authorized to communicate directly with customers to plan production schedules.
• Authorized to revise production plans reasonably based on customer changes.
• Authorized to request support from internal departments to ensure on-time production.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Production Management, Engineering, or related fields).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with customers and partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the electronics or precision mechanical sector.
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
