Job Description
Job Objectives:
- Manage and coordinate all production activities, from planning to process supervision and quality assurance.
- Develop efficient production strategies to optimize cost and progress.
- Manage production risks and ensure on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Planning:
o Develop detailed production plans from raw materials to finished products and outbound shipments.
o Coordinate with departments to ensure appropriate resources, materials, and personnel for the plan.
- Risk Management:
o Analyze and assess potential risks in the production process.
o Propose and implement preventive measures to minimize damages.
- Supervision and Operations:
o Coordinate and supervise relevant departments to ensure smooth production.
o Promptly handle and adjust issues or problems arising during production.
- Cost Analysis:
o Monitor and analyze production costs, from material costs to post-production expenses.
o Propose solutions to optimize costs and improve production efficiency.
- Using SAP System:
o Operate and proficiently use the SAP system for planning and monitoring production.
o Optimize production processes through SAP.
Recruitment Criteria
Education and Experience
University degree; Proficient in using SAP
5–10 years of experience in production planning management
Strong risk management capability
Ability to manage schedules from materials to shipments
Ability to schedule and lead all departments when problems arise
Ability to analyze production and post-production costs
Salary & Benefits
