Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.
Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, budgeting, and staffing.
Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc:

University degree or above in computer sciences/information systems/security;
English: Intermediate level.
Experience: 8+ years in IT related areas including 3+ years in PM role for finance/banking projects or equivalent projects. Cross-industry experience is given priority;
Fast thinker, strategic sighted, willing to change, curious, optimistic;
Responsible, accurate, self-motivated and able to deliver under high pressure and to strict deadlines;
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams;
Good skills of leadership, planning, teamwork, coordination, communication, reporting & interpersonal;
Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
Ability to utilize project management tools such as ITSM, DevOps, Jira, etc.
Good background in software engineering, proven analytical background
