Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Assurance engineer to contribute to our internal tooling products used for our agents to serve Passengers, Drivers and Merchants. You will have opportunities to work on multiple backend service clusters as well as key frontend stacks. These services are the top entry points for Grab support with millions of visitors every day across seven countries in total.
The Day-to-Day Activities
- Provide functional and regression level testing for iOS, Android, API, and Web Applications.
- Execute manual and automated functional and regression test cases as well as develop and maintain automated Test Scripts.
- Work closely with developers, product owners, test leads, engineers, and team members to identify areas and methods to help drive testing efficiencies and expand test coverage and increase product reliability.
- Provide test estimates, record, track and report defects to depict the status of the sprint and/or system stability.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
- Possess a deep understanding of SQA methodologies and practices.
- Develops Gherkin Syntax to build out user scenarios.
- Develops go/ Ruby / Javascripts/ Java Methods to automate Gherkin Syntax identified
- Hands-on experience with Behavior Driven Frameworks (BDD), Selenium cucumber, Jbehave Serenity
- Hands-on experience with Postman
- Maintains Page Object Model Framework for all products supported
- Continuously refactors Methods and Page Object Models to drive further testing efficiencies.
- Identifies and manages all test data required for testing
- Hands-on experience with testing Mobile apps, Web applications, APIs and UIs.
- Should be familiar with Agile/Scrum
- Experience with test frameworks: Selenium, REST- Assured, JUnit, and TestNG
