QC Assistant (Garment / Textile)

Mô tả công việc:

Quality Control Assistants work under the supervision of quality control managers and have the following responsibilities: ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, compiling data from various samples, preparing reports.

• 
  Understanding and performing daily tasks on Amber Road System, including create, check, submit Inline Inspection and Final Inspection report. Follow up submission status.
• Consolidate Weekly Inspection Schedule.
• Make Quality Monthly Report, CAP (Corrective Action Plan).
• Check Business Claim report of all QC.
• Translate emails, documents when needed.
• Send out and control QC stationery (iPad, Humidity tool, QC stickers,…).
• Other duties as assigned.
• Support team when AR have issues and contact to RU for fixing problems.
• Report to Production team about FINAL status weekly.
• Make KPI monthly supplier, evaluation supplier performance, charge back policy monthly.
• Make Power Point for Monthly KPI report need to be presented when needed.
• Check and confirm defects samples in office and report to Manager.
• Send and instruct about GJ Quality Manual to new supplier when needed.
• Do application business domestic trip for QC Director.
• Check and confirm QC working status monthly for timekeeping and send to HR team.

• Degree in Garment Technology or Engineering for the Garment Industry
• Quality Control for the Sewing Industry
• Garment Inspection & Quality Audit.
• Fresher is acceptant
