We are looking for a motivated QC Collaboration (Fresher/Junior) to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about software quality and eager to grow in a collaborative environment. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship from senior team members while contributing to real-world projects.
What you will do
- Work with developers, testers, and product team to understand project requirements;
- Help review and clarify feature details for better testing coverage;
- Execute test cases, report bugs, and support test documentation;
- Join team meetings and contribute to discussions about product quality;
- Learn to use testing and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Postman);
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members.
What you will need
- Recent graduate or final-year student in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; candidates from non-IT backgrounds who have completed foundational training in software testing, e.g., bootcamps, certifications, or online courses;
- Basic understanding of software development or testing concepts;
- Strong communication and teamwork skills;
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, TestRail, or Postman;
- Basic understanding of Agile/ Scrum methodologies;
- Eagerness to learn technical concepts and tools;
- High attention to detail and logical thinking
