B. JOB PURPOSE
To oversee the overall operations of the Spa department, ensuring exceptional service quality, maximizing revenue, and developing a high-performing team through effective training and leadership. The Spa Manager is responsible for strategic planning, guest satisfaction, financial performance, and compliance with company standards.
C. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
I. SERVICE QUALITY & OPERATIONS
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality spa services aligned with brand standards.
Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements.
Conduct regular inspections of spa facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and ambiance.
Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
Develop and update spa service menus and packages based on market trends and guest preferences.
Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
II. REVENUE & BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
Develop and execute strategies to maximize spa revenue and profitability.
Monitor daily sales, service bookings, and retail performance.
Analyze financial reports and implement cost control measures.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote spa services and packages.
Manage inventory and procurement of spa products efficiently.
III. TEAM MANAGEMENT & TRAINING
Lead, motivate, and manage the spa team to achieve performance goals.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledge.
Develop career paths and succession plans for spa staff.
Ensure all team members adhere to company policies and grooming standards.
Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
IV. ADMINISTRATION
Prepare departmental budgets, forecasts, and reports.
Maintain accurate records of staff training, guest feedback, and operational metrics.
Ensure proper scheduling and shift planning to optimize manpower.
Oversee compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.
