This role supports the overall quality management system and operational needs to achieve internal and external customer satisfaction. You will also Supervise the Quality Control Laboratory and all testing performed.
- Promotes and demonstrates a culture of quality through communication, awareness activities and action
- Leads the effective use of a quality management system
- Monitor quality control processes to ensure that product performance criteria are met
- Participates in the internal audit program to ensure product conformity identify continual improvement opportunities
- Participates in customer complaint process
- Participates in MOC process for any and all relevant quality related changes
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years relevant QC/QA working experience in a manufacturing plant environment
- Prior experience in the paint or chemicals industry, solid experience in coatings is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years managerial experience
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English language, Mandarin is preferred
