THE ROLE
You will be positioned in Ho Chi Minh City under the supervision of the Head of Business Development and working with all Head of Department, working on assignments of the Vietnam Cluster (including Vietnam and Cambodia), and international assignments in the region (Singapore, India)

Internal: Heads of Department CMA CGM Vietnam Agency/ CMA CGM Cambodia Agency/ APAC Regional Business Excellence Managers / APAC IT / End users of different business divisions
External partners: IT solution providers, partner startups.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Process Improvement & Deployment
Lead local improvement projects/initiatives to support shipping division targets, such as reducing costs, improving efficiency and productivity, increasing revenue, improving customer experience, and supporting green initiatives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and division/department on business processes, performance monitoring, improvement analysis, solutioning, and governance.
Investigate challenges reported by end users for business processes or systems.
Ensure effective risk management and business continuity planning
New Tool Deployment
Contribute to the definition and implementation of business projects related to change management or digital initiatives.
System support & collect enhancement requirements: Nova Salesforce, LARA (ERP system), Electronic Delivery Order, Electronic Release Order
Agency Performance
Support offshoring projects to Global Business Services in India
Define action items to reach KPI targets in collaboration with Agency Management
Innovation
Leverage new technologies to foster differentiation and reduce costs, and identify potential projects for automation and digitalization
Familiarity with IT and AI/Gen AI technologies or a strong aspiration for learning and leading those areas
QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE
Degree in Maritime Business, Logistics or Supply chain, or business management
At least 3 years in project management and/or business process improvement.
Ability to quickly adapt to new applications.
Strong experience in Process Automation, Business Process Management roles, in shipping or supply chain or logistics industry.
Experience in data retrieval, analysis, and reporting practices to translate results into meaningful business insights.
