Receptionist (Work in Macao, China)

【Macao Company Hiring Vietnamese】We are hiring Vietnamese team members to join our Macao-based venue!

• Fluency in spoken English is required
• Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus
• Open to applicants without a Macao visa – This position qualifies for Macao work visa application

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and promote a positive guest experience
• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival
• Handle phone inquiries and manage reservations
• Maintain the front desk area and ensure it remains tidy and presentable
• Support administrative tasks and coordinate with internal teams

Qualifications:

• 1 year of customer service experience or above
• Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in spoken English

Compensation:

• Salary: USD 1,500 or above per month
• Housing allowance
• Tips, sales bonus and commission
