MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
General Responsibilities
Foster a positive team environment by maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues across departments.
Uphold hotel standards in personal appearance, hygiene, and professional conduct, representing the hotel's image at all times.
Actively engage with guests to gather feedback and enhance service quality.
Contribute ideas for continuous improvement in service delivery and overall restaurant operations.
Stay informed and compliant with health, safety, fire, and emergency procedures.
Support the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager by carrying out assigned tasks and participating in meetings and training sessions.
Play an active role in achieving departmental goals and service excellence.
Support staff development through participation in training initiatives and performance feedback.
Operational Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring timely service and adherence to quality standards.
Provide on-the-job guidance and support to team members to ensure smooth execution of duties.
Monitor and maintain service quality, ensuring it meets or exceeds guest expectations.
Coordinate with kitchen, stewarding, bar, housekeeping, and engineering teams to ensure seamless operations.
Support promotional activities and revenue-generating initiatives, including upselling techniques.
Assist in cost control, waste reduction, and inventory management of operating equipment and furnishings.
Conduct regular inspections of both front and back of house to ensure readiness, cleanliness, and compliance with hotel standards.
Support team development through coaching, feedback, and performance management.

Thời gian làm việc: 5 ngày/tuần, nghỉ 2 ngày linh hoạt.
Thời lượng ca làm việc: 8 tiếng/ngày (bao gồm 30 phút nghỉ giữa ca).
