Job Description
Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing the front-of-house and back-of-house staff, ensuring that the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently.- Ensure that guests receive excellent service, addressing any complaints or concerns as needed, and resolving them to the satisfaction of the guest.
- Train, develop, and motivate the restaurant staff, setting performance goals, and providing regular feedback on their performance.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of all restaurant supplies, including food, beverages, and equipment.
- Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to company standards.
- Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager and other department heads to ensure that all aspects of the restaurant operation are aligned with the overall goals of the resort.
- Maintain proper staffing levels, scheduling staff as needed to ensure adequate coverage.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the restaurant, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
