Key responsibilities and tasks
- Development and implementation of sales plan.
- Control sales operations and sales representatives.
- Monitor the preparation and implementation of market share development plans
- Foster sustainable relationships through supply channels and maintain engagement with key clients.
- Prepare budget forecasts and sales projections for targets, plans, finances, and inventory management.
- Conduct research on competitors, markets, and trends to develop appropriate tactics and strategies.
- Coordinating colleagues and other departments to achieve group goals.
- Planning and providing weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly sales reports.
- Undertaking and performing other duties as assigned the BoDs.
- Keeping confidential all company business information and documentation.
Requirements
- Intermediate skills required in all Microsoft applications.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Min 3 years’ experience in the retails channel related to construction fields, hardware stores, power tools, accessories, …
- English skill: Reading & Writing skills are required for report purpose.

Pay: 35,000,000₫ - 40,000,000₫ per month
