The Russian Recreation Supervisor oversees the planning, coordination, and delivery of recreational programs and guest activities, with a special focus on Russian-speaking guests. This role ensures that all activities are engaging, culturally appropriate, and contribute to a memorable guest experience. The supervisor also leads a team of recreation hosts and works closely with other departments to promote guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and actively participate in daily recreational activities and events for guests of all ages.

Design and tailor activity programs that appeal to Russian-speaking guests, including cultural and language-appropriate options.

Act as the main point of contact for Russian-speaking guests regarding recreational services.

Ensure that all activities are conducted safely, and that equipment and venues are well-maintained.

Lead and train recreation team members in guest interaction, safety procedures, and program delivery.

Promote and communicate the recreation schedule through various channels (notice boards, social media, app, etc.) in both Russian and English.

Collect feedback from guests and monitor participation rates to improve and adapt the activity schedule.

Coordinate with other departments (F&B, Spa, Kids Club, Entertainment) to integrate and support joint events or theme nights.
