• Communicate and correspond with customers in English.

• Contact suppliers to request quotations (Handle issues with suppliers when necessary)

• Calculate and prepare quotations (Using existing quotation software)

• Carry out PR-related tasks (e.g., attending or organizing exhibitions, creating posters, stands, flyers, etc.)

• Contact or visit new suppliers or customers for evaluation

• Perform other tasks assigned by the sales department or as requested by superiors

• Prefer Female
• Graduated from University
• English : At least Strong Intermediate level (Prefer Toeic 700+)
• Having around 2 years experience as Sales Staff, Business Development, Sales Support, Sales Admin, Sales Coordinator, Customer Support or related jobs.
• Good negotiation skill
• Hard working.
• Good at Microsoft office

• Having Japanese N4-N3 level up.
• Having experience in EPE company.
