(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)- Coordinate and follow up on orders from receipt to final delivery.
- Liaise with relevant departments (Production, Planning, Purchasing, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including Proforma Invoices, commercial invoices, loading plans, and claims.
- Support production and purchasing teams by updating and adjusting production plans based on material availability and production schedules.
- Monitor part orders
- Issue daily loading plans.
- Track monthly bookings and prepare related reports.
- Perform other tasks assigned by managers.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong in Excel, data analysis, reporting, and follow-up orders
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
- 2–3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Experience in the furniture industry is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, D365, etc., is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
