Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai is a Forbes Five-Star winner for six consecutive years. With an idyllic location on Vietnam’s culturally rich central coast, the Resort offers a portal to three extraordinary UNESCO World Heritage sites (Imperial City of Hue, My Son Sanctuary and Hoi An) and a breezy respite on the country’s most celebrated beach. Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai is 35 hectares wide – Sun-dappled tropical gardens-featuring 4,500 coconut palm trees, bordering a one-kilometer stretch of Ha My Beach & 30 minutes drive from Danang Airport & 15 minutes from Hoi AnThe Sales Coordinator will provide all support functions to their supervisor including, but not limited to typing, the preparation of proposals and contracts, input and maintenance of databases, supply ordering and tracking, handling incoming and outgoing mail, answering phones and providing additional general office assistance when needed. Gatekeeper of property’s Sales & Catering system and meets corporate standards. The candidate must be flexible, cooperative, able to multi-task, and a team player. A positive and professional attitude is necessary.
This position is based at the Ho Chi Minh City Sales Office.
ADMINISTRATIVE
- Perform administrative duties such as managing account database, sales & catering system and emails.
- Provide main telephone coverage for the office.
- Prepare proposals and contracts
- Ordering supplies
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Manage office expenses and travel expenses claims.
- Requisition or purchasing of office supplies according to the Resort’s policies and procedures. Responsible for inventory control and maintains a safe and secure working environment
SALES SUPPORT and CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION
- Creation and management of monthly promotional mailings, newsletters, and promotions for customers.
- Coordinate and assist with customer events.
- Coordination of sales appointments for the Regional Director of Sales, Worldwide Sales Managers and visiting sales personnel from various Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
- Coordinates & organizes business travel arrangements for the department including facilitating claims.
- Ensure the Sales & Marketing database is kept current and up-to-date.
- Ensure that the wholesale brochure contribution barter, proof and invoices are documented and tracked.
EDUCATION
Completed "O' Levels minimum
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 (one) year experience in the same capacity
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
- Proficient in computer skills and savvy with online programs/systems
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to communicate with clients and all levels of management.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle several projects/deadlines.
