Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Engineer position at MELCO INDUSTRIAL SUPPLIES (VIETNAM) COMPANY LIMITED, based in Ho Chi Minh City. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities, providing technical sales support, and ensuring smooth operational processes. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual who is eager to grow their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Job Description
-Develop and execute sales action plans and business strategies.
-Maintain and establish good relationships with customers and suppliers.
-Explore and develop new business and expand market share.
- Oversee quality control in daily operations.
- Follow up on orders, monitor inventory, and coordinate with logistics teams.
- Prepare and manage operational documents as assigned by HOD
-Handle ad-hoc assignments.
Job Requirement
- Good command of spoken and written English. Mandarin (Chinese) is an advantage.
- Aggressive, self-motivated, responsible, and team-oriented.
- Proactive with problem-solving and quick response skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in industrial supplies preferable but not essential.
- Maintain a professional attitude , positive, and eager to learn
