- Provide consultation on legal and regulatory requirements for company setup and compliance.
- Prepare and coordinate incorporation processes with relevant authorities and service providers.
- Support clients with post-incorporation services (bank account opening, nominee director, registered office, ongoing compliance).
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver professional customer service.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners across jurisdictions.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Female candidates are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Accounting, or related fields (preferred).
- Graduates from top universities such as Foreign Trade University (FTU), National Economics University (NEU), or related institutions are an advantage.
- Strong English skills (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+), with proven ability in both verbal communication and professional writing. Additional languages (e.g., Chinese,... ) are an advantage.
- For Intern: No prior experience required; willingness to learn and grow.
- For Junior/Middle (Sales Executive): 1–3 years of sales or client-facing experience, preferably in corporate services, legal, or consulting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client portfolios.
- Client-oriented, proactive, responsible, and eager to develop in a professional international service environment.
