• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers

• Obtain freight rates, compare and negotiate the best rates with forwarders

• Manage and monitor order progress, booking, and delivery

• Coordinate with the production department to ensure order fulfillment as committed to customers

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager and director

• Education: College/University degree in International Business, Logistics, Import-Export, or related fields

• Experience: 1 to 2 years in the Logistics industry

• Sharp thinking and flexible problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and professional email usage

• Good English communication skills
