- Clarify and coordinate sales orders: Analyze and confirm technical requirements from the sales team, then monitor the production process to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues.
- Support sales with quotes and admin: Prepare detailed price quotes by compiling information and calculating costs, and provide general operational support to the sales team.
- Requirements: A background in sales (US market or Vietnamese project sales) in industries like lighting or construction/building materials , at least 4 years of experience with strong English proficiency.
- Compensation and benefits: An attractive salary package from 20 to 25 million VND, plus bonuses and full insurance coverage from the first day.
- Location and work schedule: The job is located in Hoang Mai, Hanoi, with working hours from Monday to Friday and two Saturdays per month, with some flexibility to align with the US team.
