- Identify and Develop Potential Distribution Channels
Research, collect, and evaluate potential distribution partners aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
- Market and Competitor Analysis
Conduct surveys and analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Business Planning
Develop market expansion plans and propose effective business strategies to management.
- Product Introduction and Consultation
Present product information professionally, tailored to the needs and characteristics of each customer segment.
- Customer Handling and Persuasion
Address inquiries, overcome objections, and provide solutions to persuade customers to choose the company’s products/services.
- Negotiation and Contract Finalization
Lead deal-closing processes, negotiate terms, and complete contract signing procedures.
- Customer Relationship Management
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Internal Collaboration
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer requests and ensure service quality.
- Business Idea and Solution Proposal
Proactively suggest initiatives and plans to enhance business performance.
- Other Assigned Tasks
Support additional duties as assigned by management to meet overall goals and timelines.
