The Position
The SFDC Analyst will be responsible for managing OPSWAT’s Sales Cloud & Service Cloud, CPQ Application, Salesforce integrations, and 3rd party apps. In addition, they will help with reporting processes, creating in-depth data analysis for OPSWAT, maintaining its key performance indicators, creation of data warehousing, generating scalable and repeatable processes for analytics, and extracting reports within Salesforce.
What You Will Be Doing
- Support Salesforce users with the following processes:
- CPQ (Configure Price Quote).
- Develop and manage dashboards and reports in Salesforce.
- Support our Salesforce Communities.
- Data management/ Data Hygiene.
- Perform Data Maintenance Schedules.
- Support System Integrations (X to Salesforce/ Salesforce to X).
- Security model and new user provisioning.
- Environment management (Partial and Dev. sandboxes).
- Evaluate 3rd Party Tools. Debug & Troubleshooting APEX Errors.
- Develop queries and reports that support Ad Hoc analysis and business needs
- Build and establish strong process documentation for all reports
- Understand data in source systems and develop requirements for shaping raw data to meet business requirements
- Collaborate to develop strategic reporting solutions to support Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Develop, implement, and maintain an effective planning and analysis capability that will provide senior management with appropriate analytical tools to establish goals and measure performance of the organization’s businesses.
- Visualize data, especially in reports and dashboards, to communicate analysis results to stakeholders
- Perform ad-hoc analysis, presentations and other projects as required
- Ensure Quality, Accuracy, and process consistency in all data and process
- Communicate with urgency on assigned tasks and projects
- Design, develop, and maintain complex Salesforce Flows (e.g., Record-Triggered, Screen Flows, Scheduled Flows) to automate key business processes.
- Analyze business requirements and propose innovative Flow-based solutions, clearly present how they work, their advantages, and any potential issues.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of Flow solutions, from requirements gathering and solution design to testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Ensure all solutions are designed with scalability and best practices in mind, aligning with long-term business goals and future system enhancements.
What We Need from You
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or Economics, Master's degree preferred
- SFDC System Administrator Certification is required
- Salesforce CPQ Certification is highly desirable. Willingness to become certified is a must.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data storage, security model, etc.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience with Salesforce Administration.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce CPQ.
- A minimum of 12 months of experience with Salesforce Lightning.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite and advanced excel skills required.
- Experience supporting third-party application integrations (i.e. HubSpot, OwnBackup, NetSuite).
- A minimum of 5 year's experience with Salesforce and Analytics
- Self-starter, strong bias for action in high ambiguity environment
- Detail oriented with the ability to identify anomalies in data
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Access skills
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- 3 Years’ experience with Power BI and Data Visualization
- Possess a Solution Architect's mindset, considering the long-term impact of design choices on system scalability, performance, and maintainability.
It Would Be Nice If You Had
- Experience with NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, and Salesforce preferred
- Experience with Confluence, Sightfull, and ORM
- Experience in SaaS company preferred
- Any knowledge of Database/SQL, Cloud ETLs is a plus (i.e. Jitterbit, Dell Boomi).
