- Manage and drive sales activities based on monthly plans.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Seek and sign contracts with new customers.
- Collect and integrate data, and conduct market research.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Propose and implement improvements to enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency.
