• Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Monitor and report on team performance metrics, providing insights to stakeholders and leadership.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging teams to experiment and adopt best practices.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress and ensure a smooth workflow.
• Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices to enhance team performance.
• Support the organization in scaling Agile practices across multiple teams and departments.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and refined.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Must have:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience in implementing Agile practices.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and familiarity with software development processes.
• Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
