(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)- Seller Support: Serve as the first point of contact for sellers across multiple channels/groups to address inquiries and provide timely support.
- Product & Inventory Monitoring: Guide sellers on product listing status, location-specific availability, and ensure all SKUs are correctly listed and available for sale (normal/limit/OOS status).
- Stock Readiness: Coordinate with sellers to ensure products are consistently available for sale and meet fulfillment requirements.
- Fulfillment Follow-up: Track the progress of sellers in completing shipping requests and ensure timely order processing.
- Performance Improvement: Collaborate with sellers to identify and improve areas of low fulfillment or operational inefficiencies.
- Satisfaction Surveys & Insights: Conduct seller satisfaction surveys, collect feedback, and propose actionable recommendations to enhance service quality and system performance.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on seller operations, issue tracking, and performance metrics to internal stakeholders.
- Compliance & Accountability: Follow managerial guidance and take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Issue Escalation: Promptly report operational obstacles or seller-related issues to management for resolution support.
- Process Optimization: Research seller needs and draft operational workflows to improve seller KPIs and platform efficiency.
- Data Management: Gather and maintain up-to-date, organized data on seller profiles, behavior, and performance.
- Cross-team Collaboration: Prepare documents and presentations for meetings with internal teams and onboarding sessions with new seller

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, account management, or customer support is a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and propose improvements.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, and comfortable using dashboards and reporting tools.
