To receive, check and process documents from other departments for Oversea payments, custom tax, and other taxes and input the related data into the SAP system to support the issue Finance report.
Description of Key Responsibilities / Trách Nhiệm Chính:
A. MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
1. To receive, check and process documents from other departments for overseas payments and custom tax...related to purchase goods and other taxes.
2. Ensure payment documents fully and accurately ... comply with the provisions of the Tax and Company policies.
3. To preserve payment documents in foreign currency from the Bank such as Payment vouchers, debt notices, credit notices ...and input data to the system that related documents.
4. Input the data relate into SAP system in order to support to issue Finance report.
B. OPERATIONS:
1. Process payment for overseas payments and custom tax...related to purchase goods and Process payment for all tax of company: VAT, CIT, PIT, withholding tax…
2. Map FEBAN for all oversea transactions of payment, tax payment via the DB bank into SAP system. Input data must be right G/L acc, cost center…
3. Collect custom declaration pending, status of shipment as bank request.
4. Provide all documents: bank matrix, bank authorization, open bank ac…
5. Make payment to suppliers on time, the right amount, with the right information and be sure to receive payment discounts from suppliers (if any).
6. Send weekly payment plan to Managers and submit AP report to CFO.
7. Prepare VAT input report.
8. Support shipping team for refund import Tax.
9. Support shipping team for refund Tax.
10. Prepare an internal transfer vouchers between company bank accounts if needed.
11. Send the confirmation to Supplier end of year responsible for account balances
12. I/C reconciliation monthly on SAP.
13. Reconciliation and follow-up with another department to manage their assets on Snipe system.
14. Follow work requirements and assigned by the manager and timely reporting on the level of problems arising, related work.
C. REPORT:
1. Send a weekly payment plan.
2. Send AP report on time.
3. Bank reconciliation.
4. Report on the confirmation rate of yearly liabilities.

Yêu cầu công việc:
1. Education: University Graduation. Major in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience
2. Experience: Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
3. Specific knowledge:
- Experience in SAP/ ERP software, Civil law, Commercial law
- Computer literate (good skill in Microsoft Office software, Excel, Access, Words & Powerpoint)
4. Other requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
