Job Description

• Influencer & Affiliate Partnership Management:

• Identify, recruit, and build strong relationships with relevant influencers, KOLs, and KOCs across all platforms.
• Maintain ongoing communication with partners, ensuring engagement and motivation to promote the brand.
• Develop and execute influencer and affiliate marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales
• Content Strategy & Brand Alignment:

• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, creative, and product development) to create influencer-driven campaigns that align with the brand's messaging.
• Provide content guidelines and strategic direction to ensure brand consistency across influencer-generated content.
• Oversee influencer content approvals, ensuring compliance with brand standards and advertising regulations.
• Platform & Industry Knowledge:

• Maintain a strong understanding of platform features, algorithms, and best practices for influencer marketing.
• Monitor changes in the Multi-Channel Network (MCN) landscape in Vietnam and leverage opportunities accordingly..
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis of platform performance and engagement metrics.
• Performance Analysis & Optimization.

• Track and analyze the performance of affiliates and influencer-driven campaigns, measuring key KPIs such as engagement, conversions, and ROI.
• Provide reports and insights to the commercial and financial teams for performance evaluation and budget allocation

Background requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or communication related.
• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital partnerships, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industry
• Strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and digital marketing best practices.
• Leads through influence, collaboration and persuasive, dynamic communication skills.
