Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description

ABOUT THE JOB

• Develop and deploy generative AI solutions to extract specific information from unstructured data.
• Design, implement, and maintain tools and processes for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.
• Integrate AI and ML models into automation tools and systems in collaboration with software developers.
• Provide effort estimation and technical input for project planning.
• Participate actively in Scrum meetings and ensure smooth communication within an international team.
• Contribute to technical discussions and perform code reviews.
• Maintain and enhance AI pipelines based on the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and NLP.
• Continuously evaluate the performance of large language models (LLM, RAG) and iterate on extraction and automation techniques.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related fields
• 5+ years of professional experience in AI projects
• Experience with AI engineering, Python programming, and software development.
• Experience with generative AI, machine learning, NLP, and information extraction.
• Experience with AI generative tools.
• Experience with Git, JIRA, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Linux/WSL environments and Shell/bash scripting is a plus.
• Willingness to learn new programming languages and technologies.
• Ability to synthetize and solve problems with a structured approach.
