Senior Analyst, Key Account Management-ISC & China Brand

1、Responsible for key account management in ISC, establishing and maintaining long-term partnerships with key clients.
2、Analyze client needs, formulate and execute effective client strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
3、Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processes and address client issues in the supply chain.
4、Regularly report on client status, provide market insights, and support data-driven business decisions.
5、Participate in cross-functional projects to drive process improvements and enhance customer service quality.

1、Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2、More than two years of relevant experience, with a preference for B2B customer service or supply chain management background.
3、Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients at various levels.
4、Proficient in data analysis, able to extract key insights from large datasets to support decision-making.
5、Effective project management skills, able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and drive projects according to schedule.
6、Fluency in Chinese and strong communication abilities required.
