Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process walkthroughs to gather and validate business needs for managed services.
- Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements tailored to a service delivery context.
- Design business processes with embedded SLA/OLA metrics, escalation workflows, and reporting requirements.
- Evaluate existing operational processes, identify gaps, and lead optimization initiatives.
- Manage communications between service delivery teams, end-users, and client stakeholders.
- Align solution approaches with both operational constraints and business priorities.
- Facilitate governance meetings, service reviews, and change request assessments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies
- Experience in ITIL or managed service environments.
- Familiar with process modeling tools (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart) and tracking tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Understanding of SLA/OLA management, IT service performance metrics, and continuous improvement frameworks.
- Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical thinking with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in global service delivery models.
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
5–7 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years in managed service or IT service delivery.
Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable service improvements.
Preferred Certifications: ITIL Foundation, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Agile Business Analyst Certification.
