KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Management:
- Design & Management: Assist in designing, developing, and managing competitive compensation structures, including salary scales, grading systems, and incentive schemes (bonuses, allowances) for all employee levels.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market surveys and benchmarking to ensure the company's C&B programs remain competitive and align with industry best practices (e.g., Mercer surveys, local market data).
- Payroll: Collaborate closely with the Payroll team to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing, including validation of data inputs from C&B and timekeeping systems.

Yêu cầu công việc:
1.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
2.Experience:
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a specialized C&B, Performance Management, or HR Compliance role, preferably within a manufacturing environment or large-scale organization (1000+ employees).
- Proven experience in designing and implementing C&B structures, managing performance cycles, and ensuring labor law compliance.
- Experience working with HRIS / payroll systems.
3.Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, methodologies, and best practices (e.g., job evaluation, salary benchmarking, incentive design).
- Strong understanding of performance management frameworks and tools.
- Solid understanding of Vietnamese labor laws, social insurance regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
4.Skills:
- Excellent analytical skill, have ability to interpret data & make data-driven decisions.
- Strong Problem Solving skill.
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills (both written and verbal) in Vietnamese and English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS.

- Working time: 5 days/week (08:00 - 16:45)
- Working location:No. 26A, street No. 5, VSIP II, Binh Duong ward, Ho Chi Minh city, Viet Nam.
