The Continuous Improvement Leader is responsible for driving Lean and WCM strategies that enhance productivity and reduce inefficiencies. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing improvement projects, and fostering a culture of operational excellence. Description * Analyze operations to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities. * Recommend and manage CI projects, including Kaizen events and performance assessments. * Lead and coach teams to apply CI methodologies and sustain improvements. * Facilitate planning, execution, and change management processes for short and long-term gains. * Build cross-functional teams, set performance targets, and recognize achievements. * Train staff through coaching, counseling, and group sessions to embed a culture of continuous improvement. Profile * Holds a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering. * Has 5+ years in a manufacturing environment and at least 3 years in process improvement roles. * Skilled in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), project management, and change facilitation. * Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and 2D drawing tools. * Fluent in English with excellent planning, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Demonstrates strong leadership, collaborative mindset, and a drive to motivate teams toward shared goals Job Offer * Competitive salary plus 13th-month bonus. * Shuttle bus * Health care plan To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
