JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable,secure, and reliable infrastructure solutions that empower our softwaredevelopment teams to deliver with speed and confidence. You will be part of across-functional engineering team that values automation, quality, and seamlessuser experience. This role requires strong technical leadership,problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to communicate effectively inEnglish at a professional level, both verbally and in writing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

WhatYou’ll Do:

• Lead the design, automation, andoptimization of CI/CD pipelines for application build, testing, and deployment.

• Manage and provision scalable cloudinfrastructure (primarily AWS) to support development, testing, and productionenvironments.

• Collaborate with SRE and engineering teamsto ensure robust monitoring, backup strategies, and incident response plans.

• Establish DevOps best practices and mentorjunior team members.

• Define and enforce infrastructure-as-codestandards using tools such as Terraform.

• Drive efforts to enhance system security,compliance, and operational excellence.

REQUIREMENTS

WhatYou Bring:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOpsroles.

• Strong English proficiency (both writtenand spoken) to effectively communicate with global teams and stakeholders

• Deep understanding of CI/CD principles andstrong experience implementing pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, andAtlassian products.

• Proficiency in managing Linux (Ubuntu/RHEL)environments and writing efficient shell scripts.

• Solid hands-on experience with Docker,container orchestration, and deployment strategies.

• Expertise in AWS services including EC2,S3, IAM, RDS, Lambda, and VPC configurations.

• Experience with infrastructure provisioningusing Terraform or similar tools.

• Familiarity with high-availability systemsand web hosting components including load balancers, firewalls, web/appservers, and networking.

• Strong understanding of disaster recovery,business continuity planning, and operational risk mitigation.

• Possess at least one recognizedcertification in cloud or DevOps, such as:

o AWS Certified DevOps Engineer –Professional

o AWS Certified Solutions Architect –Associate or Professional

o Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert

o Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer

o Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) orsimilar

PreferredQualifications:

• Experience in leading infrastructure orDevOps initiatives in medium to large-scale environments.

• Exposure to security best practices andcompliance frameworks (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001).

• Knowledge of monitoring and alertingsystems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK stack).

• Familiarity with Kubernetes or similarcontainer orchestration platforms is a plus.WHAT COMPANYOFFERS
