We are hiring a Senior DevOps/System Engineer to support the deployment and operation of advanced cybersecurity products in customer environments. This role requires a combination of infrastructure expertise, backend development capability, and the ability to operate effectively onsite with enterprise or government clients.
You will be responsible for the onsite deployment, configuration, and operation of our cybersecurity platform, working closely with internal teams and customer stakeholders. You will also contribute to backend development tasks, debug issues in real time, and support continuous improvement of deployment practices and tooling

Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, and validate cybersecurity systems at client sites (onsite), including integration with customer networks and security controls.
- Collaborate with customer IT/security teams to assess infrastructure readiness and support secure system roll-out.
- Configure API gateways and traffic control layers (e.g., Nginx, Apache, Envoy/Istio, Kong) to enable policy enforcement, data routing, and observability..
- Debug infrastructure, deployment, and runtime issues quickly and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain backend modules, tools, or utilities using Golang, C++, or Java to support integration, automation, or product customization.
- Document deployment workflows, create handover packages, and train client teams on operations.

- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, System Engineering, or Backend Infrastructure roles.
- Willingness and ability to work onsite at customer locations (domestic or international).
- Strong Linux/Unix system administration and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), and containerized environments.
- Familiarity with API gateways and ingress controllers: Nginx, Apache, Envoy/Istio, Kong.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices. Proficiency in backend development using Golang, C++, or Java.
- Demonstrated ability to debug complex issues across deployment layers (network, OS, application).
- Strong communication skills, especially in client-facing and high-pressure environments.
- Experience reading and producing technical documentation in English.
