Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plan to acquire users profitably at global scale.
- Develop User Acquisition (UA) strategy & plan for mobile games meeting studio’s business goals
- Manage & optimize UA campaigns across different platforms (including Google, Meta, Unity, ironSource, Mintegral and more), implement each ad network’s best practices to ensure effective resource allocation and maximize ROI
- Monitor & analyze data, provide actionable insights, report performance to marketing team & stakeholders
- Drive new growth initiatives through market research, identifying opportunities, and testing innovative tactics
- Participate in brainstorming and proposing creative strategies
- Execute ASO strategy to improve app store visibility and conversion rates, driving growth in the user base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage partner relationships to enhance UA performance

- Experience in Growth Marketing/ Mobile App Marketing is a big plus
- Experience in Ad Monetization is a big plus
- A hunger to be at the forefront of the mobile advertising space and the mobile app market
- Proficiency with data analytics tools (such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, etc.)
