―Research and analyze areas for innovation in production processes, apply the automation/digitalization solutions to enhance quality and reduce operational costs.―Implement the end-to-end automation/digitalization projects including designing, executing, validating and monitoring projects as aligned with SMV automation/digitalization roadmap, by collaboration with suppliers, Global Technology & Innovation and internal cross-functional teams.―Develop the project charter, prepare the business case, update project implementation status to relevant stakeholders.―Oversee training, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure automation systems meet performance standards.―Manage data collection, project timelines, and coordination with stakeholders to ensure smooth project rollouts.Bring your magic

―Education background in Automation System, Mechatronics or relevant majors.―Ideally 5+ years of practical experience in an international manufacturing environment with proven track record of automation/innovation project management.―Strong knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Design, PLC/C++/C# programing, Automation Process Implementation―Independent and team orientation, and strong ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.―Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude.Masters of Light Since 1895
