Senior Footwear Developer

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Footwear Developer to oversee new season developments and support product commercialization. This role plays a key part in reviewing mold constructions in collaboration with the Moldshop team, while managing development processes and assigned products in close coordination with factory teams and customers.

1. Following Development Items

• Manage and track development items for the new season through direct communication with customer representatives, including Project Managers and Developers.
• Follow up Development & FSR (Full Size Run) tooling.
• Review mold constructions and monitor tooling timelines in close collaboration with the Mold Team.
• Follow up the tooling & related samples for each stages:

• PR (Product Review) / PA (Product Alignment)
• GGP (Global Geo Partner)
• SPA (Seasonal Partner Alignment)
• RFC (Ready for Commercialization)
• Production

2. Tooling and Component Confirmation for Development & FSR; Initial Quality Guidance

• Involve initial CBD (Cost Break Down) creation for product, including post-processing steps, and maintain effective communication with the customer.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively on quality and technical issues arising during the product development process.
• Working time: Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 16:30, Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month
• Company Car for picking up staff from HCM (Hang Xanh - Thu Duc) / Dong Nai (Bien Hoa) to Long Thanh Industrial Zone.

• University/College degree in Footwear Development, Business Administration, English, or a related field.
• Understanding of the footwear manufacturing process with relevant industry experience.
• Experience in production support, product testing, development/commercialization, or costing.
• Ability to review 2D/3D tooling files.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English skills.
