Job description

GKIM Telehealth is seeking a Senior General Accounting & Finance Specialist as part of GKIM Telehealth’s long-term strategic goals. The role is based in Ho Chi Minh City. The successful candidate will be expected to perform the following functions:

• Oversee and ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of all accounting activities in accordance with local accounting standards and regulations in the countries of operation.
• Develop and implement accounting processes, while maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation aligned with the Company's business operations.
• Coordinate with external service providers to prepare and submit tax reports, including VAT, CIT, PIT, tax settlements, and manage VAT refund procedures.
• Prepare accurate and timely Financial Statements and other periodic reports for submission to the Board of Directors (BOD).

Lead the annual forecasting process, including quarterly rolling forecast updates, by collaborating with business units and cross-functional departments.

• Manage the month-end management accounting process, including the preparation of management accounts (Actual YTD P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow). Conduct variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget, YoY, QoQ), investigate discrepancies, provide commentary, identify improvement opportunities, and present findings to the BOD.
• Monitor and manage group cash flow forecasts to ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational requirements.
• Support fundraising activities, including preparing budgets, pitch decks, and addressing shareholder information requests.
• Assist with business modeling, pricing strategies, scenario analysis, and cost-profit evaluations to support strategic decision-making.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Job requirements

• University Degree, majoring in Accounting
• Chartered Accountant or Management Accountant – ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent (open to candidates who are in progress of completion)
• 5 years working experience in general accounting
• Big 4 / Auditor with IFRS/FP&A experience is preferred
• Keen eye for business and strong business sense
• Hardworking, diligent, and meticulous with an eye for accuracy and detail
• Ability to work independently, resourceful and self-motivated
• Positive minded, “Can Do” attitude and strong sense of ownership
• Good command of English and Vietnamese – both written and spoken
