[What will you do?]
- 1. Talent Acquisition
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening CVs, conducting phone interviews, setting up interviews, offering, and coordinating onboarding.
- Build and manage a talent pool to proactively meet future hiring needs.
- Develop and monitor recruitment plans, including budget planning and sourcing strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Continuously optimize the onboarding process to enhance new hire experience and integration.
- 2.Internal Communication
- Plan and coordinate internal events (e.g. town halls, team building, celebrations): propose ideas, manage logistics, and ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare and monitor event budgets, schedules, and content plans.
- Track, summarize, and report on employee performance to data to support continuous improvement and drive company growth.
- 3. Employer Branding
- Collaborate on and implement employer branding strategies to position Qanda (Mathpresso) as an employer of choice.
- Develop content for recruitment marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Represent Mathpresso at job fairs, networking events, and employer branding activities. (if any)
[Requirements]
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 4 - 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in fast-growing companies, with exposure to employer branding and internal communications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to report and present recruitment data effectively.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
- Proactive, creative, data-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
