- Tracking shipments statuses.
- Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations, including customs regulations, export controls, and free trade agreements.
- Prepare and submit customs declarations and other required documentation.

Supply Chain Management:
- Collaborate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Documentation and Compliance:
- Support the team with accurate shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading when required/needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade agreements and regulations.

Carrier Management:
- Monitor carrier performance and resolve any issues.

Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain and consult/advise for the intercompany improvement on logistic area.

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, having experience in accounting field is a reference.
- Proficient in HS codes and international trade regulations.
- Proven experience working in an international logistics role within a manufacturing or electronics company.
- Strong understanding of international customs procedures and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS office.
- English: Fluently
