️ What You’ll Do:
Own and grow partnerships with beverage/grocery brands and suppliers on Tiki.
- Manage full-funnel performance: demand planning, sell-in, sell-out, stock, expiry, and campaign ROI.
- Collaborate with Brand Partnership to build and execute campaigns that drive sales and brand growth.
- Drive key P&L metrics: COGS, rebate, front margin, and gross profit (under Line Manager’s direction).
- Work with top brands to improve both strategic and operational aspects of their eCommerce presence.
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights for growth.
- Ensure smooth commercial processes including contract and annex handling.
Other projects assigned by your Line Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree.
- 2–3 years of experience in account management or sales; beverage portfolio preferred.
- E-commerce or retail background is a strong plus.
- Proven analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to manage business performance through data and metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Understanding of Grocery category and passion for eCommerce is a plus.
