About the Team:
We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented KOL Live PMO Senior Associate to join the KOL Live team. This role is essential in analyzing the performance of KOL-led livestreams, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting strategic projects that scale our top commercial stars and celebrity livestreams. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and passionate about the influencer livestream ecosystem.
Job Description:
1. Performance Monitoring & Growth Strategy
- Collaborate with BI, Growth, and Engagement teams to track and analyze livestream performance of key KOLs, Celebs, and MCNs.
- Translate data into actionable insights and propose initiatives to boost performance of KOL Tier 1 Livestreams.
- Create dashboards and performance reports for regular internal reviews.
2. Project Management & Strategic Program Support
- Assist in planning and executing platform-level strategic projects involving KOLs, Celebs, and Tier-1 MCNs.
- Coordinate across functions to ensure alignment and timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Drive the matching and collaboration between Brands and Tier-1 MCNs to accelerate business growth.
3. Stakeholder Coordination & Issue Management
- Serve as the central point of contact for issue escalation across KOL Livestream campaigns.
- Work cross-functionally to resolve livestream execution challenges and ensure smooth operations.
- Support Line Manager in managing ad-hoc projects and stakeholder meetings.
4. Scaling Supply & Revenue Growth
- Identify high-potential MCNs and KOLs for Tier-1 pipeline development.
- Support onboarding and enablement of Tier-1 MCNs to unlock livestream revenue.
- Collaborate with BD, Campaigns, and other teams to plan supply expansion and increase monetization opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, performance marketing, or KOL/MCN operations. E-commerce or Livestream experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data tools (Excel, Google Data Studio, SQL is a plus).
- Excellent coordination and communication skills across functions and levels.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Passion for influencer marketing, livestream commerce, and digital innovation.
