Specific Responsibilities Would Include:
• Purchase Order Preparation: Manage the creation of approximately 3,000 purchase lines.• Division Purchasing Summary:o Confirm sales team’s sales orders.o Validate FOB (Free on Board) and margin details.o Oversee order allocation.o Confirm ex-factory and shipment dates.o Ensure retailer delivery dates are met.o Confirm ETA for ports.• Shipment Management: Monitor shipment plans, bookings, and document submissions.• Production Planning: Create and oversee production plans, addressing any production issues as they arise.• Supplier Management:• Handle supplier quotations, negotiations, and analysis.• Conduct supplier visits and production line inspections.• Follow up on pre-production samples.• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed item specifications.Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising, production management, or related field
- Strong negotiation skills
- Energetic, responsible, goal-oriented, and a good team player
- Background in licensing business is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage time effectively
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
