Senior Mobile Engineer (React Native/Flutter)

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Mobile Developer to join our team and lead the development of sophisticated mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in both React Native and Flutter frameworks, with a proven track record of delivering complex, production-ready mobile solutions. Key accountabilities and responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using React Native and Flutter - Lead technical architecture decisions and establish mobile development best practices - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend developers - Optimize application performance, security, and user experience across iOS and Android platforms - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments - Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team - Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives Skills, knowledge, experience & qualifications: - 5+ years of professional mobile development experience - Strong proficiency in React Native and Flutter frameworks - Solid understanding of mobile app architecture patterns (MVC, MVP, MVVM, Clean Architecture) - Experience with state management solutions (Redux, MobX, Provider, Riverpod) - Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Dart programming languages - Strong knowledge of native mobile development concepts for both iOS and Android - Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party SDK integrations - Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes - Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications - Experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, Cognito, API Gateway) - Knowledge of React.js for web application development - Previous experience working on complex fintech or payment processing applications - Hands-on experience with billing systems, payment gateways, or e-commerce platforms - Understanding of PCI compliance and financial data security best practices - Experience with mobile app performance monitoring and analytics tools - Contributions to open-source projects or technical blog writing What are we all about?
