Report to: Business Unit Director - CMC BU
Your Roles:
- In your role as Senior Product Manager, you drive the tactical development and implementation of marketing projects for assigned products, contributing directly to achieving annual goals in the local market.
- You’ll play a key part in setting up marketing strategies, launching products, and preparing promotional materials, working closely with the Business Unit Director and promotion teams to make a real difference.
- This is your chance to bring your expertise, passion, and ideas to the table and help shape the marketing action plans, ensuring effective execution and customer engagement while maintaining strong relationships within the pharmaceutical industry.
- To recognize a reportable Adverse Event (AE) or safety information and ensuring the necessary information is forwarded to the Local Pharmacovigilance Responsible Person (LPVR) in Merck Vietnam within 24 hours.
Who You Are:
- A degree in Pharmacy or Medicine, with additional certifications in Marketing or Business Management preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical market, including a minimum of 3 years in a similar role within an multi national company, demonstrating thorough knowledge of the market
- Proficient in English with a communication level equivalent to TOEIC 750, along with strong presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Good at presentation skills, interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, project management and organizational skills, planning and driving execution skills. Be result-oriented & customer focus, analytical thinking and honest. Have a collaborative work style and deal with conflict constructively.
- Be creative, a good motivator, ability to work independently. Have a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-spaced, dynamic work environment.
