Senior Product Specialist – Open Banking & Payments
Zalo Payment is on a mission to build seamless, integrated financial experiences. As a (Senior) Product Specialist, you’ll lead the development of Payment solutions that connect directly with partner banks and power payment services for merchants and users on the Zalo app. Your work will directly enhance how millions of users interact with payment services inside Zalo’s ecosystem.

As a (Senior) Product Specialist, you’ll lead the development of Payment solutions that connect directly with partner banks and power payment services for merchants and users on the Zalo app. Your work will directly enhance how millions of users interact with payment services inside Zalo’s ecosystem.
What you will do
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Payment solution products – from design to integration and launch;
- Collaborate with partner banks to build secure, compliant API connections & processes (e.g., account linking, payment requests, refunds);
- Work with engineering, legal, compliance, and business teams to deliver scalable banking and payment features;
- Gather insights from merchants, users, and banks to shape product strategy;
- Monitor API performance and optimize adoption, reliability, and security;
- Stay updated on banking regulations, API standards, and fintech trends.
What you will need
- 5+ years of product management experience in banking, payment, or fintech industries;
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- Data-driven mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience working with merchants or financial service providers is a plus;
- Familiarity with Open Banking APIs, bank integration, or payment flows is a plus.
